We know what industrial inspection technology can do. We also know how challenging it can be to put it to work.
Highsensor was founded in Graz, Austria, in 2026, building on years of experience in industrial sensing, hyperspectral imaging, product development and data science.
Powerful inspection technology often comes with demanding setup, specialized workflows and ongoing dependence on expert knowledge. We started Highsensor to close the gap between technological capability and practical use on the production line.
Our goal is to make it easier for food producers to create, adapt and use inspection intelligence — with more control over their own processes.

Markus combines a background in physics with extensive experience in industrial measurement technology, hyperspectral imaging, research and development, product management and leadership.
His work across industrial technology companies and food inspection forms the technological and market foundation of Highsensor.

His background connects scientific methods, complex data and industrial use cases — helping transform sensing information into actionable intelligence.

Andrea brings a business and organizational perspective, grounded in experience with international organizations, IT project, process management and leadership.
Her work at Highsensor focuses on organizational development , communication and marketing, helping create clarity in how the company presents itself and how people and processes work together.
